Presents effective written and oral communication in organizations and corporations.
LDB392 Research Methods
Provides foundational knowledge of appropriate research techniques and skills necessary to evaluate their use.
LDB357 Principles of Management and Leadership
Presents principles and theories of management and leadership. It also explores the relationship of ethics and business.
LDB481 Faith and Life Issues
Provides an opportunity to develop an integrated understanding of Biblical and other faith-oriented worldviews, with the implications and applications of these understandings to all dimensions of contemporary life.
LMM326 Organizational Behavior and Development
Applies principles of the psychology of work in organizations.
LMM350 Technology Management
Provides an overview of management issues and technologies that a business professional needs to understand to effectively deal with the rapidly changing world of technology. Emphasizes application to management and leadership decision-making.
LMM330 Managerial Budgeting and Accounting
Applies managerial accounting relevant to the business decision-making process. Also explores the techniques of budgeting and cost/profit analysis.

Integrates executive analysis and application of principles of strategic management and effective leadership in a corporate and organizational environment.
LMM496 Management and Leadership Program Portfolio
Students will assemble and organize a portfolio of work demonstrating their mastery of each of the Management and Leadership program goals. Portfolios will present evidence of students’ understanding of key theories, as well as application of these theories. Portfolios are also appropriate for students to share with current or prospective employers.
LMM295 Management and Leadership Internship
Students participate in a supervised, planned program of observation, participation, and study in a setting in Management and Leadership. Students work 40 clock hours for each credit hour, for a total of 80 clock hours for two required credit hours.
LMM495 Management and Leadership Practicum
Students apply what they have learned in their major courses in practical work settings. The practicum may be completed at students’ places of employment; however, the work performed must be outside the scope and working hours of students’ normal duties. The practicum may also be completed elsewhere. Students generally work 40 clock hours for each credit hour, totaling 80 clock hours for two required credit hours.
