The Management and Leadership program is an excellent program designed to help you meet your career and personal goals in the field of business and organizational management and leadership. We have a curriculum designed and influenced by executives from the corporate world, organizational leaders, and skilled faculty.
We also have some of the top faculty in the mid-west, with outstanding faculty to student ratios. Many of our faculty, in addition to having academic credentials, have valuable corporate and leadership experience. It is also available totally online, for students that would prefer that environment.
Our program includes many essential courses, such as: Organizational Communication, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Organizational and Corporate Finance, Marketing, Strategic Management, Managerial Budgeting and Accounting, and Executive Management and Leadership. Our classroom environment is friendly and interactive, and enhances the learning process. This unique program will help prepare you to be, or become, a more effective manager and leader.
